Ball-Type Manifold Assembly Machine
Automatic assembly for 2–8 branch ball-type manifolds, including a connected bonnet pre-assembly module and automatic transfer.
Production challenge
Manifold length and branch count vary, but every branch valve must be positioned and assembled consistently without multiplying dedicated machines.
Dading solution
The platform accommodates 2–8 branches at 40–50 mm spacing. A dedicated bonnet pre-assembly module connects automatically to the main equipment so all branch valves can be assembled in a coordinated sequence.

Engineering priorities
The details that protect output and quality.
The final machine architecture is confirmed against customer samples, drawings, applicable standards and the agreed acceptance protocol.
Configurable branch count
The documented machine supports manifolds with two through eight branches.
40–50 mm pitch
Tooling is configured for the customer’s branch spacing within the stated range.
Parallel branch assembly
Ball valves are assembled across the required branches in one coordinated operation.
Connected bonnet module
Bonnet pre-assembly and transfer are automatic rather than separate manual work.
