Valve & fluid control

Ball Valve Assembly, Sealant Curing & Test Line

A connected line for 1/2–2 inch ball valves integrating assembly, thread-sealant curing and four-station ATEQ air-tightness testing.

Production challenge

Thread sealant must be applied and cured consistently before leak testing, while test duration and multiple valve sizes can destabilise the overall production rhythm.

Dading solution

The line connects automatic assembly, thread-sealant curing and air-tightness testing for 1/2–2 inch ball valves. Four ATEQ leak detectors provide parallel test capacity and pull-pin fixtures support quick size changes.

Engineering priorities

The details that protect output and quality.

The final machine architecture is confirmed against customer samples, drawings, applicable standards and the agreed acceptance protocol.

Assembly through test

Valve assembly, sealant curing and final leak verification operate as one connected process.

Four ATEQ channels

Parallel high-precision leak testing protects output while allowing adequate test time.

Broad size coverage

The documented platform covers ball valves from 1/2 inch to 2 inches.

Quick-change fixtures

Pull-type locating pins simplify tooling replacement between valve specifications.
