Plumbing & water
Welded Tube Chamfer, Test & Marking Line
A complete line combining automatic chamfering, testing and inkjet marking for welded plumbing components.
Production challenge
Welded components require consistent edge preparation, verification and permanent identification, while manual transfer between these operations creates handling time and quality variation.
Dading solution
The 20-metre line docks to the tube-forming machine, then transfers products through chamfering, ATEQ air-tightness testing and inkjet marking. Hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems are mounted on an upper platform to reduce floor-space demand.

Engineering priorities
The details that protect output and quality.
The final machine architecture is confirmed against customer samples, drawings, applicable standards and the agreed acceptance protocol.
Controlled chamfering
Machining parameters and part location are stabilised for repeatable edge preparation.
Clean transfer
Automated movement limits handling damage and keeps the finishing sequence coordinated.
Quality before marking
Inspection occurs before product identification to prevent rejected parts entering finished stock.
Inkjet trace code
Marking content can be linked to batch, recipe or inspection information.
