Valve & fluid control
Ball Valve Automatic Assembly Machine
Robot- and vision-assisted valve-body loading, automatic assembly and finished-product tray stacking with optional MES connectivity.
Production challenge
High-speed assembly needs reliable valve-body presentation, flexible robot picking and orderly tray logistics without adding manual handling between operations.
Dading solution
A FANUC multi-joint robot and dual-vision loading system feed the automatic assembly process, while empty and finished trays are stacked and transferred automatically. MES connectivity can exchange orders and production data.

Engineering priorities
The details that protect output and quality.
The final machine architecture is confirmed against customer samples, drawings, applicable standards and the agreed acceptance protocol.
Dual-vision loading
Two vision functions support valve-body localisation and reliable robot pickup.
3.8-second body feed
The catalogue records a 3.8-second valve-body feeding operation inside the five-second line cycle.
Automatic tray logistics
Empty tray feeding, product placement and finished-tray stacking are integrated.
MES-ready controls
The system can receive production orders and upload real-time production information.
