Ball Valve Leak Test & Handle Assembly

A multi-station system using high-precision differential-pressure leak detection for internal and external air-tightness testing.

Production challenge

Ball-valve manufacturers need repeatable internal and external sealing verification across different sizes and market standards, without allowing manual loading or subjective judgement to become the quality bottleneck.

Dading solution

Eight ATEQ differential-pressure detectors verify internal and external leakage. Two laser units mark the valve body around its full circumference before the handle is assembled—all within one machine.

Engineering priorities

The details that protect output and quality.

The final machine architecture is confirmed against customer samples, drawings, applicable standards and the agreed acceptance protocol.

Separate leak circuits

Internal and external sealing performance are evaluated as distinct controlled operations.

Recipe-driven testing

Pressure, stabilisation and evaluation parameters can be defined for each valve family.

360° laser marking

Two laser units complete circumferential valve-body identification within the same machine.

Reject containment

Failed parts are automatically isolated with the result retained for quality review.
