Flexible Hose Assembly & Test Machine

A connected two-machine system for hose, joint and cap assembly with servo-controlled clamping and four-station pressure testing.

Production challenge

Flexible hoses and multiple end-fitting combinations make repeatable clamping difficult, while pressure-test time can become the bottleneck in a compact assembly cell.

Dading solution

Two connected machines combine automatic joint and cap feeding with servo-synchronised clamping and a four-station air-pressure test section. The operator loads only the hose body.

Engineering priorities

The details that protect output and quality.

The final machine architecture is confirmed against customer samples, drawings, applicable standards and the agreed acceptance protocol.

Servo-synchronised clamping

Controlled mechanics stabilise clamp size and connection consistency.

Four-station testing

Parallel air-pressure stations balance the required test duration with line output.

Variant compatibility

The feeding and assembly concept can cover different joint and connection-cap types.

Two-machine layout

Assembly and testing are connected while keeping the system compact and serviceable.
