Polished Angle Valve Assembly & Test Machine
Automatic assembly, three-station air-tightness testing, online laser marking and surface-protective finished-product arrangement.
Production challenge
Polished angle valves require reliable assembly and testing without scratches, clamping marks or contamination on customer-visible surfaces. Product variants also make changeover design important.
Dading solution
The cell uses surface-safe feeding and dedicated fixtures, then combines controlled assembly, vision confirmation, air-tightness testing and online marking. Tooling and recipes are developed around the customer’s actual finish and size range.

Engineering priorities
The details that protect output and quality.
The final machine architecture is confirmed against customer samples, drawings, applicable standards and the agreed acceptance protocol.
Surface-safe contact
Grippers, guides and nests are selected to protect plated and polished surfaces.
Presence & orientation checks
Machine vision verifies critical components before the next operation begins.
Integrated leak test
The product is tested within the same controlled cell rather than transferred manually.
Variant management
Change parts and software recipes support an agreed family of angle-valve models.
Documented reference configuration
