Valve & fluid control
Shut-off Angle Valve Assembly & Test Line
A fully automated line integrating valve-body assembly, air-tightness testing and laser marking.
Production challenge
Polished shut-off angle-valve bodies require protected tray handling, while multiple accessories, leak testing and marking must remain balanced at high output.
Dading solution
Valve bodies arrive in standard trays, accessories are supplied by vibratory feeders, and the line completes assembly, four-channel ATEQ testing and laser marking under vision-based process control.

Engineering priorities
The details that protect output and quality.
The final machine architecture is confirmed against customer samples, drawings, applicable standards and the agreed acceptance protocol.
Tray-fed valve bodies
Polished bodies are presented in standard trays to protect surfaces and stabilise orientation.
Automatic accessory feeding
Other components are supplied through dedicated vibratory feeding systems.
Four ATEQ channels
Parallel high-precision detectors balance test duration and production takt.
Vision-controlled quality
Cameras and leak instruments verify critical operations before laser marking.
