Gas & cylinder valves
Solenoid Emergency Shut-off Valve Line
A connected automatic line for valve component assembly, visual sealing inspection and synchronized bonnet-and-coil transfer.
Production challenge
Solenoid emergency shut-off valves combine mechanical sealing parts, bonnet subassemblies and electrical coils that must arrive in the correct orientation and remain synchronised through final assembly.
Dading solution
The connected line automatically feeds and assembles valve components, inspects sealing parts with vision and synchronises the bonnet and coil assembly sections through a common conveyor.

Engineering priorities
The details that protect output and quality.
The final machine architecture is confirmed against customer samples, drawings, applicable standards and the agreed acceptance protocol.
Complete component assembly
The line covers the valve’s mechanical components, bonnet and solenoid coil.
Seal-quality vision
High-precision cameras verify critical sealing components after assembly.
Synchronous transfer
Bonnet and coil subassemblies are connected through an indexed conveyor.
Two-person operation
Two operators supervise replenishment, line status and finished output.
