Washing Machine Inlet Hose Production Line
Automatic hose component feeding, assembly and performance testing combined in one production flow.
Production challenge
Hose production must control flexible material, correctly seat end fittings and verify connection integrity without creating a separate manual testing bottleneck.
Dading solution
The line feeds bulk hose, cuts it to a recipe-controlled length, checks nuts with all-round camera inspection, assembles and crimps the fittings, performs air-tightness testing and bundles the finished hose automatically.

Engineering priorities
The details that protect output and quality.
The final machine architecture is confirmed against customer samples, drawings, applicable standards and the agreed acceptance protocol.
500–3000 mm range
The HMI supports one-touch switching across the documented finished-hose length range.
All-round nut inspection
Cameras inspect connecting nuts around their full circumference before assembly.
Inline leak test
Every completed hose is checked before it enters finished output.
Automatic bundling
Tested products proceed directly to automatic bundling for finished handling.
Documented reference configuration
